At ShopSimon, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
